Guide

How to post a video every day without burning out

Short answerPick two or three simple formats, set up one spot you can film in within a minute, batch film several videos when you have energy, and keep a running list of ideas.

Pick repeatable formats

Daily posting is easier with formats you can repeat: a tip, a story, a reaction, a question answered. The format does half the thinking for you.

Make setup take one minute

Same spot, same light, phone stand left in place. If setup takes 15 minutes, you won’t do it daily.

Batch film

On good days, film three to seven videos in one session. On low days, post one from the bank.

Keep an idea list

Write ideas down the moment you have them, in Notes or anywhere you’ll see them. Most days, you’ll pick from the list instead of starting from nothing.

Good enough beats perfect

A clear, honest video posted today usually does more than a perfect one you never finish.

Look after yourself

If daily posting starts hurting your sleep, mood or relationships, post less. Consistency over months matters more than any single week.

Questions

Does posting every day help growth?

Consistency helps you improve and gives the algorithm more to work with, but quality and relevance still matter more than volume.
